Are you a proactive administrative professional looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team in the tech sector? Our client is currently seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join a leading organisation.

This is a multifaceted role where you will be the "glue" of the office, supporting the leadership team and ensuring daily operations run like clockwork. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives on variety and possesses a "no task too big or small" attitude, we want to hear from you.

The Role

In this pivotal position, you will provide high-level administrative support across the ANZ region. Your responsibilities will span from executive assistance and travel coordination to facilities management and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide general admin assistance to the Leadership Team, including running errands, managing correspondence, and drafting meeting agendas/minutes.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and manage the company vehicle fleet.
  • Financial Admin: Utilise SAP to create Purchase Orders for office supplies, marketing materials, and equipment.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee the "look and feel" of the office, manage facility vendors (cleaning/catering), and coordinate outgoing mail/PO Box requirements.
  • Events: Assist in the planning and execution of in-house and off-site celebrations, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • WHS & Sustainability: Act as a Work Health & Safety Coordinator and contribute to environmental sustainability initiatives to reduce the office footprint.

About You

You are a polished professional with a knack for multitasking and a high level of discretion. You enjoy being the first point of contact and take pride in maintaining a seamless office environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven background as an Office Administrator or Assistant, preferably within a corporate or tech environment.
  • Systems Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP software is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Organisational Skills: Superior time management and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Requirements: A valid NSW Driver’s Licence is preferred as this position will be working across two sites in Western Sydney

Why Apply?

  • Culture: Join a team that values respect, integrity, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Variety: No two days are the same—from high-level project work to hands-on office management.
  • Growth: Work within an environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
